Cultural Blending

Cultural Blending is a large umbrella project for mixing together multiple cultures conceptually and physically. Conceptually, the multiple parts of cultures are fused together to emphasize relationships. Physically, multiple cultures are "welded" through projects like cBlends whereby clothes from 2 or more cultures are fused with the above conceptual algorithm applied.

The idea for this super-set project is to give direction to more specific and implementable sub-projects that people, communities and companies may latch onto more easily. Also, media and culturally specific issues help to define the Cultural Blending projects through various finite variables such as who is running a project, the specific cultures that are mixed, and goals.

Conceptual

The intentional usage of modern production techniques in an abstract way, defines the way this project operates. While cut n paste is an earlier incarnation from computing, these operations are used in a much more complex sense, more accustomed to video editing and object-oriented programming.
