I bought this for my son for Christmas. Two months later the battery would not hold a charge. We contacted Apple and were told to send it back. They apparently have this problem with many of these.

They sent the iPod back and said it was our fault! Huh? No damage at all, the dang thing just would not hold a charge. Will cost us $80 to fix, and we have to pay for shipping (even the original shipping) because they said it was not covered under warranty–you know, the one year warranty.

Like I said, I will never by another Apple product again. I am also not fixing what we have. I will buy a Sony product or something else.

I only gave it four stars because I haven’t had enough time to play it. What I have done so far has been a blast. And the grandkids can’t wait to come over now.
