I have just used two of them. I can not rate the reliability of this product.

We travel a LOT and for years I have had to lug along a huge book bag…never again! My Kindle has been as far south as Cape Horn and shortly will be visiting the North Cape of Norway. way inside the Arctic Circle. I managed to crush my previous Kindle under and behind an airline seat and replacing it was ridiculously easy. If you are interested in superb customer service, go get a Kindle!
