product is ok for the money but a few things just don’t work you can not control it with TOMTOM Home, which you have to use if you want a password.
call tech support they are nice but can’t help you, all they do is email some cut and past answers like reinstall the software try another computer which don’t help at all then they just close the case.
TomTom Rider 2 GPS
This has some great features. The turn by turn direcions and traffic updater features are really cool. The base works better then older models. I have two complaintsl. 1.) It is WAY more delicate then older models. The slim profile and big touch screen look cool but mean the screen is easily broken. If you buy this, buy the service plan, keep the receipt, and buy a case for it. Do not keep it in the car or a briefcase. Mine broke very quickly. 2.) The web updater to update the maps is a memory hog that can only be used if you have a very new, top of the line computer. My old Mac can’t handle it, nor can my new laptop.
Garmin Nuvi 255WT GPS
I really wanted to like this item… I read a bunch of review, but apparently not enough before I bought it. It is not accurate. I’ve seen readings of 2.5 lbs of difference when weighing myself within 2 minutes. It seems to make a huge difference whether you are leaning forward a little on your toes or back on your heels for the inconsistency to be extremely apparent. I’ve never seen the “C” you are supposed to see after putting in the batteries or moving the device so I’m not sure if maybe I got a defective unit, but I did try a few times.
Bracketron Portable GPS Dashboard
Cable does exactly what it is suppose to do. Got it a couple of years ago when I purchased a surround sound system so it was pretty much a freebie.
Garmin Nuvi GPS Models
I am absolutely thrilled with my Garmin 305. I was very unhappy with my previous Garmin model 201, so I was apprehensive on purchasing this model. On the advice of a good friend, I went ahead and bought it. I am so very pleased with it!! It is extremely accurate, and it has never dropped a signal. Where I live has lots of tree cover and buildings, and I have not had any issues with satellite acquisition, and I am spoiled already with the quickness of satellite pickup. The watch is comfortable to wear, and easy to setup and use – especially for someone like me who is technology challenged! The heart rate monitor is wonderful and very comfortable to wear – I forget I even have it on. I haven’t figured out how to use the other features yet, but I like that I have the ability to link my Garmin 305 with my online training software. I cannot say enough good things about it. I highly recommend the Garmin 305 to anyone out there who is thinking of purchasing it!!
Garmin GPS Navigator NYLON
This watch will change the way you train for running. Whether you are heart rate training in the gym or running random trails outdoors, the Forerunner will function in whatever role you need it too. Every function the watch can do can be added or removed from your display screen in large or small text. It includes a “Virtual Partner” that can use your previous run times to improve your own performance. I can’t recommend this GPS watch enough for both experienced and amateur runners alike. I was torn between the 405 and 305 but I’m very happy with the 305. It’s far cheaper and the display is big enough to fit a lot of information on it an make it big enough to read while running. You won’t be sorry you bought this tool!

This Omrom is a wonderful Pal to have!. I decided to get the Omron pedometer to help me keep track of my daily activity… and to keep me motivated to exercise more frequently. I love how small it is, I can slip it in my pocket every morning and be on my way. I’ve found that it’s super accurate and doesn’t get tricked into counting false steps due to shaking, riding on the subway, etc. The memory function is really useful’ it’s nice to be able to look back and see how much I’ve walked on previous days. If you’re looking for a low cost-investment to help motivate you to get more active this is definitely worth the money.
Portable GPS Holder Friction
This watch is a must have for all serious runners.I was able to log about 5,000 miles before my last 305 quit working. The battery will last about 10 hours before it needs to be recharged. The heart rate monitor took a little while for me to get use to wearing, but it is a neat addition to the watch.
