Once started I really couldn’t stop turning pages, finished it at 01.40am, and had to be up at 05.00 to see to the stock!!! Oh well I so enjoyed it it was worth it. So out of my normal comfort zone, but so glad I was asked to read it by one of the grandchildren. Cheofrin

This is an absolutely great machine. In the past I have rented one of those steam vacs from the grocery store and been totally disgusted — they leave my rugs sticky and dirtier than they were to begin with. Consequently, I had my doubts as to just how effective this machine would be. BUT based on the rave reviews I decided to try it. I am soooooo glad I did. I cannot believe the dirt this thing picks up — it’s astonishing and sickening what was lurking in my rugs. It is so easy to use, but do — absolutely do — read the manual and follow every step. Also make sure you read Lissie’s 5 star comment dated 12/1/05 before using the machine for the first time. It is extremely helpful. Believe me, you will be happy you bought this machine!
