We purchased one of these for ourselves and have liked it so much we bought three more to give as Christmas gifts. It does not slip off of the dashboard – and ours rode from Maine to Florida and back without any problems. You’ll love it!!!

product is ok for the money but a few things just don’t work you can not control it with TOMTOM Home, which you have to use if you want a password.

call tech support they are nice but can’t help you, all they do is email some cut and past answers like reinstall the software try another computer which don’t help at all then they just close the case.

Being an avid cyclist, I love assembling, tinkering, and modifying all of my bikes. Four years ago, I added a full-monocoque carbon fiber road bike (2006 CFR-LE) to my stable. I bought the Park TW-2 Torque Wrench to correctly tighten all of the carbon fiber components (stem, seatpost, cranks, etc.) to manufacturer specs and to prevent damage from overtightening. The long handle provides plenty of torque even for the carbon crankset fixing bolt.

The scale on the TW-2 ranges from 0-600 in. lbs. (0-70 NM) and is appropriate for almost all bike components. This torque wrench is fairly easy to use (need to correctly use the swiveling handle) and includes clear instructions and a basic Torque Specifications table. More detailed torque specs can be downloaded from components manufacturers and parktool website.

The Park Tool TW-2 torque wrench has a 3/8″ square drive. No sockets are included; I purchased a separate 10 piece Metric Hex Bit socket set that fits all of my bikes’ hex bolts (available at local hardware, auto parts, or online stores). Make sure to use carbon assembly compound/paste for properly tightening carbon components (paste not recommended for steering column-stem interface which can cause slippage).

Just received 2 of these this past week for a pair of 500gb drives. At first I was disappointed because I thought it was built using different material. Ok, it was stupid to think that the “polished aluminum” was milled aluminum but instead it is chrome plated plastic. The top and bottom are also plastic and I suspect a drop on the ground would probably break the housing and mess up the drive. But there are a couple of reasons why I went ahead and gave it 5 stars. Even though it’s made of plastic, it all fits together well and make one heck of a nice case. There is some thin aluminum inside and it seems to dissipate heat pretty well. I was concerned that all the plastic would act as insulation but it’s actally cooler to the touch than another case I have that’s made out of aluminum. Go figure. Tranfer rate seems great with esata, usb just normal speeds. Shop around for prices, there can be some better deals out there. Overall a very enjoyable case and I think it will suit me well. Oh I bought two of the red Case Logic soft cases and it hold this and the cables just fine. Less than 3/4″ head space and looks like it was made just for the Antec case (well close enough).

The internal drive (or maybe controller) on my mac mini failed. Fortunately, macs can be booted from an external firewire drive. I ordered a Western Digital Scorpio 320GB drive, and this enclosure to replace the old internal drive. So far, I have had no problems at all, and the performance of my old mini has improved measureably.

The enclosure was easy to install the drive into, runs cool, and looks neat. Highly recommended.

Great carpet cleaner. I went with this model after MUCH research b/c my parents bought the same one about 10 years ago and have NEVER had an issue with theirs. After borrowing theirs for 4 years, I decided that it was time to buy my own.Sometimes the vac doesn’t suck- but that is b/c I don’t always have the canister locked into place. With an infant and 2 large dogs…this was a great purchase and it does a wonderful job!

I have had this 2-slice toaster for about 4 months and stopped using it last week after I bought a $29 Oster as a replacement. Toasting bread with this Kitchen Aid takes about three times as long as a regular toaster. The highest setting (9) takes about 4 minutes to complete, yet toasts come out a little brown but still too soft for my taste (and I like them to be soft inside, not like biscotti!) For the second cycle, though, I have to readjust the setting to about 3-4, then pull down the lever, and finally turn the On/Off knob to turn the toaster on. Too many steps for one slice of bread. All in all, each slice takes about 6-7 minutes to toast.
The toaster does look nice and is heavy, which I liked at first when I received it 4 months ago, and the signal it gives when the toasting cycle is complete is nice. But, in the end, who cares about that?? I prefer a toaster that fulfills its main function properly.
