I initially purchased this watch a month ago. After charging it as described in the manual, the watch was dead. No amount of charging or button pushes could bring it back to life. I notified Amazon and there was an amazing response. They scheduled UPS to pick up the bad watch and sent me a new watch, just one day later. Very good. Sadly after about three weeks and six usages, this watch also failed in the same way as the first one.
The watch either has a design flaw or is just poorly made for two to fail like that.
