I LOVE MY KINDLE!!!!!

I have been debating an e-reader for over 2 years. Saw the Sony at Target and almost bought it but did some reading and decided to wait. Didn’t think I’d use it much. Then Barnes and Noble came out with Nook. Thought about that. You can read all the free books you want (if I understand it right) as look as you are physically sitting in their store. That’s a 30 minute drive for me. Their e-books (that I would be interested in) were more expensive. Again, I decided to wait. Then Borders recently came out with two e-readers. But again, their e-books were more expensive. I finally decided to try the Kindle.

I LOVE MY KINDLE! There are tons of free and inexpensive books. You don’t have to go to the store and hunt or order online and wait for a week. I can read it NOW! Great selection of my favorite genre. I love the different font sizes! I love that I can (and do) take it with me anywhere! Slips right in my pocketbook in the case that I bought for it. And think of all the trees I’m not killing!

I LOVE MY KINDLE! I like to read in bed when I read and this thing is not heavy at all. Great screen. Easy to read with my bedside lamp. I don’t need a clip on light. I also love that I can take a bunch of books with me when I go wherever. I don’t have to decide ahead of time which book to take – they are all there!! I can take three Bibles, 3 devotional books, several inspirational books, several classics,and a few fictions all in my pocketbook!! YEA!!!

Let me also say that Amazon and Kindle support have been wonderful. When I ordered my Kindle it was shipped through UPS. I got the notice that it had been delivered. Ran home from work to put it in the house – nothing. Went home twice and walked all around the house – nothing. Not only was my Kindle missing – it was registered to my account. I was frantic! Called Amazon. They deactivated it and said they would send a new one if it didn’t show up in a few days. Late that

I liked this book. One reason is that there is a ton of high-tech things that the fairies use. Another is that the fairies are different from the creatures you read about in fairy tales. Also it was funny at times as well. The centaur named Foaly had a pretty good sense of humor at most times. It also had a lot of action in it as well.
There were, however, also a few things I did not like. One was people’s language at times, like that one commander who said, “Blow the door off its **** hinges.” There were a few other times people swore too. That was almost about the only thing I did not like about the book though.
In this book I did not really have a favorite part. I liked just about all of them. Altogether, it was a very good book.

My husband and I actually purchased these after trying out iPads. The only thing we really liked the iPad for was reading, but they’re so much heaver and the LCD screen is worse for bedtime reading (the lights for LCD mess with your sleep cycle). We returned the iPads and bought the Kindles instead – so much better, lighter and easier for reading. No regrets.

As others have mentioned, this is more complex than a vaccum, so please pay attention to assembly and use and cleaning instructions, you’ll be glad you did. This thing works very well, it has a very powerful extractor. I like my carpets (and my pukey cats) a lot more now. My very first attempt my carpet was soaking afterward, which is how I learned that it’s very easy to not get the lid on the recovery tank correctly, thereby creating a leak that means no suction at the floor. Now I know to check the front of the device: if I don’t see water/foam being pulled up, I know something isn’t seated correctly.

When Jessica Lange won the Best Actress Oscar for this film, few people in the USA had even seen it. For one, its release had been held up for several years and it sat gathering dust in its film cans in the studio. Her Oscar win though finally made many scurry to the theaters to see it. Lange plays a military wife to Tommy Lee Jones’ career military man. They have 2 children and have followed him from base to base. What absolutely defines Lange’s character though is a combination of constant sensuality with a personality that totters on the edge of breakdown. She is hot for her husband, Jones, but she also acts like a sexual lodestar to other men. Her very presence on a military base can cause incredible unrest among the other husbands and wives. I wish Lange and Jones always had screenplays this good to devote their talents. Often, their talents are wasted on less well written and directed works. If you have overlooked this character-driven masterpiece of acting, don’t overlook it any longer.

The capacity is twice as large as my first IPOD (Nano). I really love the sound quality and the touch features. I download a lot of audio books, and the only thing I don’t love about this product is it sometimes loses my place in the middle of a book.

what can you say about a book that delivers time after time. i get something very different from it now than when i was sixteen. it still matters, for a new set of reasons, and that’s what makes it great.
