Hi all! Jon and I need to hire an part time assistant to help us on all projects and tasks. We have been thinking about this a while now. Because we travel a lot so you will need to work remotely on your own. We will try to meet regularly, but the most part of the communication will be through emails and (internet) phone calls. So you have control of your time.
You will need to know Chinese and English (at least write and read). But don’t worry if you don’t have perfect language skill, and you can get better from this job.
We need you to have approximately 8-10 hours per week dedicate to this work. It will include （but not limit to):
1. Maintain websites
2. Organize project material and research on project topics.
3. Research, manage and connect with art production service such as fabrication, printing, art space rental, film crew etc.
4. Facilitate travel plan, buying tickets etc.
5. Proof read and translate texts
6. Write Blog Posts
